At The Vintage Penny, every floral arrangement is thoughtfully designed by hand using fresh, seasonal blooms. Because flowers are perishable and each order is custom created, we are unable to offer refunds on completed, prepared, or delivered orders.
If you need to change your pickup or delivery date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled order. We will gladly accommodate date changes whenever possible, subject to flower availability and our production schedule.
Orders canceled with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for store credit or may be transferred to a future date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery cannot be refunded, as flowers and materials have already been purchased and reserved for your order.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours and include a photo. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
